Available shipping options and the final shipping charge are shown at checkout. Free shipping applies to standard delivery only.

Order processing

Orders are normally dispatched within 1–2 business days. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. This processing time is separate from the carrier’s delivery time.

Delivery timeframes

Delivery time depends on your location and the service selected. Express shipping applies to the delivery service and does not automatically mean faster order processing.

Delivery details and assistance

Please check your delivery address before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible through our contact form. We will do our best to help, although changes may not be possible once an order has been dispatched.

If your order has not arrived or arrives damaged, contact us with your order number so we can investigate and help resolve the issue.

International orders

We currently ship within Australia only. International shipping is not available at launch.
